Spot Color Replacement for PDF/AI files The automatic Spot Color Replacement can now replace an
unlimited number of Spot Colors in PDF, EPS, PS and AI
files, no matter whether the Print Environment uses also
Spot Color channels or just profile colors.
Spot Color Replacement in raster image When Spot Color channels in raster image files are replaced
files using the “Properties > Spot Color Replacement” feature,
the automatic link between Spot Color channels in raster
image files and Spot Color ink channels in the Print
Environment is deactivated.
True Shape Nesting “ErgoSoft TrueShape Nesting” improves the automated
arrangement of multiple images per job by optimizing the
positioning of images, based on their actual shape.
This intuitive and powerful feature is intended to optimize
the image placing process and reduce media waste in
average by 40%.
Variable Data The time for creating the Variable Data objects when PDF
files are used is reduced.

General Bugfixes

CMYK PDF without printer profile Issues in color management for PDF/AI files with CMYK data
when printed without using a printer profile are fixed.
Color Management Issue when using the rendering intent “rel. col. black point
compensation” with some printer profiles, that had been
created in version 14, is fixed.
Issue when using the “use black point compensation” option
for some PDFs with CMYK transparencies is fixed.
ColorCombine Issue with not showing up preview for indexed TIFF files is
fixed.
The layer order now matches the indexed TIFF file´s color
table order created in Photoshop.
Issues with using the built-in Step&Repeat setting with
several repetitions for indexed TIFF files are fixed.
ColorGPS Issue when creating an RGB profile with 11 grid points is
fixed.
Contour Cutting Field for Spot Color names in the cut path configuration can
now hold more characters.
Issue with the preview update, when the contour is modified
in a design software while the file is still loaded in a job, is
fixed.
Delta Automation Issue with image positioning is fixed so that the arrange
order for images is working now as intended.
Issue with JobElement “Job Length Line” is fixed.
HotFolder Issue with crashing when selecting a media size that uses
the quote sign “ is fixed.
Image Export Issues in image export are fixed so that also larger files can
be exported now.
ImagePreset from Version 14 ImagePresets from Version 14 with color management
settings for PostScript/PDF files now use Ghostscript for
EPS/PostScript files and Aurelon for PDF/AI files.
ImagePreset toolbar Issue with not loading custom ImagePresets into the list is
fixed.
